Had more Bible Thumpers show up at the house the other day so I made this sign. I also get guys selling meat out of the back of pickup trucks. Would you buy meat from some guy off the back of truck? Hopefully the sign does the trick. |
This is a 2 part pine box. The top fits over the bottom. They were both cut from a yellow pine 2x4. |

This is a box made out of aromatic cedar. The type of nice smelling cedar you find in closets to keep away insects. I glued together several layers of cedar and cut the box sides as one piece on the CNC. I clamped the outside edges and then profiled the inside walls of the box first. After the inside was cut, I was then able to clamp inside the box and then profile the outside of the box and not have any clamps in the way. The bottom of the box was glued on last. The box smells awesome and so does my shop after I cut this cedar box. |

This is a small multi compartment box just cut out of a single block of wood. It's pretty simple, but a cool little box. I could also engrave the front panel with something, that would be a nice touch. | |

These test engraving pieces are a drawing that my girlfriend and I did in a CAD program. It's a cool little drawing so I decided to test some engravings in different scrap materials I had laying around the shop. |
House number sign. Cut about .125 deep, then the surface was painted black. After the paint dried, I ran the sign through a planer to remove the top surface of black paint. |
