1.1: (Salutations to Sri Ramakrishna) When Sri Ramakrishna ended His Divine Play on Earth (and gave up His Body), it distressed His countless Companion Devotees,
1.2: (They realised from His Life that) Sri Ramakrishna indeed is the destroyer of the fatigue of the burden of Worldliness (by awakening the Divine Consciousness within); (They realised that Sri Ramakrishna indeed is the Light of the whole World).

7.1: (Salutations to Sri Ramakrishna) Whose Extraordinary Divine Splendour is truly yearned by all Humanity; (The Light of that Divine Splendour) spreads His Endless Glory,
7.2: (And the Light of) His Extraordinary Childlike nature, which is Pure and Stainless, and beyond ordinary Human nature, shines brightly in this age which is full of Pride,
7.3: The Reverence towards the Light of His Divine Conduct, and Familiarity with the Light of His Divine Deeds shows the True Essence (of goodness) of this age (of Kali which is) very deficient (in goodness),
7.4: In this age (of Kali) which is full of Suspicion and Doubts, where the values are very diluted, and Passion is manifested openly, the rememberance of Whose Divine Life will remove the Disease (of worldly attachments) in all (and bring glory in their lives).
परिपूज्यात्मनश्चित्रं प्रपूज्यः स्यां गृहे गृहे ।
स्वयमघोष_यद्देवो यत्तत् सत्यफलं वचः ॥८॥

8.1: (Salutations to Sri Ramakrishna) Who once said worshipping His Own Picture that, (as time goes by) that Picture will be worshipped in every home,
8.2: Which the Lord Himself proclaimed, those words are turning out to be true.

9.1: (Salutations to Sri Ramakrishna) In this manner, at present (Thousand Names / Glories) (of Sri Ramakrishna) have been recited (and offered to Him); (Offered to the Lord) Who is expressed through endless other Names (Glories) not uttered here,
9.2: Who is always to be spoken about (i.e. glorified), such is His Glorious Form; Salutations to You, O Ramakrishna.
Hari Om Tat Sat (Hari or God of the form of Om is the only Truth). Thus ends the Sahasranama of Sri Ramakrishna which will bring Happiness and Welfare to mankind.

3: Glory, Glory (to Ramakrishna), Who is the Paramatman (Universal Soul); Please protect me, O Lord, Who is without Devotion,
4: Glory, Glory to Ramakrishna, Who destroys the Attachments of the World; (Glory, Glory to Ramakrishna) Who has two Arms (One destroying Attachments and the other bestowing Devotion).

4: (And) I Surrender them all at the Lotus Feet of Sri Ramakrishna.
