• Meditation: I meditate on Sri Girijatmak granting the boon to Devi Parvati to be born as her son.

• Girijatmak: Lenyadri Girijatmak is one of the Ashta Vinayaka temples. The legends of Sri Ganesha are mentioned in Ganesha Purana and Mudgala Purana.

• Sri Ganesha granting boon to Devi Parvati to be born as her son: According to legend, Sri Ganesha granted the boon to Devi Parvati to be born as her son, when Devi Parvati worshipped Him to get Him as her son. Sri Ganesha permanently stayed in that place (of His birth as son of Devi Parvati) as Sri Girijatmaja.

• Girijatmak temple is located in the Pune district of Maharashtra.
