Portret van Anna Boudaen Courten, echtgenote van Jacob Pergens. Staand, ten halven lijve, leunend met de linkerhand op een tafel. Op het hoofd een hoge zwarte hoed. Op de achterzijde, het familiewapen, een inscriptie en het cijfer 42. Pendant van SK-A-918.
