Portret van Jan Jacob Rochussen (1797-1871). Gouverneur-generaal (1845-51). Kniestuk, staande naar links. De rechterhand rustend op een kaart van Indië op een tafel, de linkerhand op het gevest van zijn degen. Onderdeel van een reeks van portretten van de gouverneurs-generaal van het voormalige Nederlands Oost-Indië.
