Pan.cadasham Vaamanakam Krtvaa-[A]gaad-Adhvaram Baleh |
Pada-Trayam Yaacamaanah Pratyaaditsus-Tri-Pissttapam ||1.3.19||

Meaning:
1: Fifteenth in the line (of incarnations), the Lord assumed the form of a Vamana (Dwarf Brahmana), and went to the Sacrifice of king Bali,
2: There, asking for Three Steps (of Land), he was desiring to take the Three Worlds (from Bali).
