Meaning:
1: Sixteenth in the line of
Incarnations, the Lord (incarnated as Parashurama)
seeing the
Kings hostile to the
Brahmanas.
2: Becoming
enraged,
thrice-seven times (i.e. Twenty-one times) he
made the
Earth free from the
Kshatriyas.
