Meaning:
1: He (i.e. the Lord)
assumed the
form of a
Matsya (Fish) after the
Cakshusha Manvantara when
Water flooded (the whole World during deluge),
2: He (i.e. the Lord) made
Vaivasvata Manu ascend a
Boat when everything was one with
Water and thus
Protected him.
