Shiva Purana - Koti Rudra Samhita 32.

Worship of Lord Shiva by Ghushma: Shivalaya is the place where Ghushma worshipped Lord Shiva daily by making one hundred and one Shiva Lingas and consigning them to a nearby lake. She continued the worship even on the day she heard about the death of her son knowing that it was Lord Shiva who gives birth and takes care. Lord Shiva appeared before Ghushma and revived her son. On the request of Ghushma Lord Shiva abided there as the Grishneshwar or Ghushmeshwar Jyotirlinga.
