• Meditation: I meditate on the Shiva Linga given by Lord Shiva to Ravana as a boon for his penance at Kailasha; which got fixed on the ground (Vaidyanath) while Ravana was carrying it back to Lanka.

• Vaidyanath Jyotirlinga: Baijnath temple of Himachal Himalayas is a Jyotirlinga identified with the Vaidyanatha Jyotirlinga mentioned in Shiva Purana - Koti Rudra Samhita 28.

• Linga given to Ravana getting fixed: It is the place where the Linga of Shiva got fixed, which was given to Ravana by Lord Shiva himself as a boon for his penance at Kailasha. (Shiva Purana - Koti Rudra Samhita 28)

• Baijnath temple is located in the Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh.
