• Meditation: I meditate on the Tataka forest where Sri Rama slayed demoness Tataka and made the forest shine like the garden of Chitra Ratha.

• Tataka Vanam is identified with Tataka Forest mentioned in Valmiki Ramayana - Bala Kanda 24 to 27. It is the place where Sri Rama slayed demoness Tataka, stayed for a night and received divine weapons from sage Vishwamitra on the next day.

• Tataka Vanam is located in the Buxar district of Bihar.
