Deeds of Bhakta Hanuman


(A) Incarnation:

1. Incarnation:

Bhakta Hanuman 1. Who was born from the power of Wind-god for helping Sri Rama in his incarnation (Valmiki Ramayana - Bala Kanda - 17).



(B) Pampa Sarovar:

1. Meeting Sri Rama:

Bhakta Hanuman 1. Who made Sugreeva fearless when he was frightened seeing Rama and Lakshmana at Pampa Sarovar and thought them to be agents of Vali (Valmiki Ramayana - Kishkindha Kanda - 2).

2. Who went from Rishyamukha Parvata to Pampa Sarovar in the guise of an ascetic and met Sri Rama and Lakshmana to know their intentions (Valmiki Ramayana - Kishkindha Kanda - 3).



(C) Rishyamukha Parvata:

1. Bringing Sri Rama to Sugreeva:

Bhakta Hanuman 1. Who brought Sri Rama and Lakshmana to Sugreeva on his back (Valmiki Ramayana - Kishkindha Kanda - 4 to 5).

2. Who produced fire with two sticks for Sri Rama and Sugreeva to take an oath of friendship (Valmiki Ramayana - Kishkindha Kanda - 4 to 5).



(D) Vindhya region:

1. Searching for Devi Sita:

2. Defeating demoness Lanka:

Bhakta Hanuman 1. Who defeated Lanka, the guardian demoness protecting the entrance of Lanka, when she tried to stop him (Valmiki Ramayana - Sundara Kanda - 3).



3. Meeting Devi Sita as messenger of Sri Rama:

Bhakta Hanuman 1. Who met Devi Sita in Ashoka Vana at Lanka and assured her of the coming of Sri Rama (Valmiki Ramayana - Sundara Kanda - 32 to 38).

2. Who gave the ring of Sri Rama to Devi Sita to gain her confidence (Valmiki Ramayana - Sundara Kanda - 36).



4. Destroying Ashoka Vana:

5. Meeting Ravana as a messenger of Sri Rama:
