Misc. Info: Disciple of Pt. Ravi Shankar since 2003 and one of the few resident students at The Ravi Shankar Centre in New Delhi. Nick had toured worldwide with his guru and Anoushka and in 2006 became a member of the Anoushka Shankar Ensemble and performed ‘Live Electronics’ on her ‘Rise’ tour. Nick is also an accomplished and virtuoso guitarist and has composed and directed the music for feature films, TV and multimedia projects. Nick teaches sitar and North Indian Hindustani music as taught to him by his guru. This can be taught on any instrument of voice Eastern or Western. Nick is also available for sitar and Indian classical music workshops and seminars in schools and for organisations and for sessions.
