Raga Information:

Raga Hamir is a light raga from the Kalyana family of ragas which has characteristics of Raga Kedar with the addition of shuddha Ga being an integral part of the raga. The special features of this raga are the use of two madhyams in the avaroha, harmony of Ga and Dha, and the glissando connect suddha Ni and suddha Dha.
