Changes:

	* Fix in handling the logical update view.  Spotted by
	  Paolo Moura while testing his logtalk.  Thanks!
	* Rather obscure problem in new call/1 implementation
	* A few minor issues.

I think this will be the last version of the millennium :-)

Please be warned that *all* computer facilities of the University of
Amsterdam will be closed down a few days around the millennium change.
(Please don't mention what you think about that :-)
