LED light before heat sink operation. Noticed the raised ribs. | I used my lathe to remove the raised ribs on the housing so I could slide on a heat sink/mount. |

I used my CNC machine to cut out all these fin shapes from .062 aluminum |
Here's the stack of fins assembled and glued together. I still have to run a couple small screws all the way through to keep the assembly from splitting apart |

Another shot with flash. The Marwi slide mount, slides onto the handle bar clamp and locks into position. |

And here it is slid onto the Marwi handle bar clamp. The Marwi handle bar mount pivots and ratchets side to side and up and down for perfect alignment of the beam. |
