Here's a shot of the new SSC P7 heat sink I had made at a CNC machine shop.
The heat sink on the left has been machined for two wire holes,
and two small 1-72 drilled and tapped holes.
I also have engraved the wire holes with + and -
You can see how the back side is bored out hollow in the shot above. |

The front bezel, glass and reflector have been installed in the body. |

The rear section with tail cap has been installed on the body.
Note that this rear section has been machined larger to use the green tail cap.
Marwi lights come with a Judco SPST switch, which has a smaller hole size. |
A Marwi straight mount has been installed using the Nylon Hardware kit.
The only thing missing is the power cord. |
