This procedure checks the operation of the W&F-1 wow and flutter analyzer/R
using a special test signal that contains an accurately known amount of/R
squarewave FM.  The generator frequency is rapidly switched between two/R
measured values near 3.15 kHz using a compiled utility program.  The analyzer/R
readings are corrected to display the equivalent calibration with sinewave/R
FM with <0.3% typical error.  A properly functioning analyzer should read/R
0.950% to 1.050% to be within its specified 5% accuracy./R/R
If this program fails to run, you must quit and restart S1.EXE with at least/R
80K of memory reserved for DOS./R
